-Medical Questionnaire must be filled out prior to treatment, this can be done online or at the salon on arrival.

If done online, this allows us to determine if the selected treatment is suitable.

Please advise if you have any medical conditions, allergies or undergoing any treatment.

Only nail treatments to be carried out if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy.

-A Skin test is required for all Tinting, Lash lifts and Brow Lamination services. This must be done 24 hours prior to your first appointment. Please note if you have never had a skin test with myself then you will not be able to have the treatment as my Insurance will not be valid without a skin test being carried out.

-Treatments are for Ages 16 and over. Anyone under 18 must have a Parent present and parent to fill out parental consultation form.

-It is not advisable to have waxing if you have had a hot bath prior to waxing appointment, had a chemical peel/dermabrasion in the last 7 days.

-Waxing/Facial Treatments-Please advise if you are using products containing retinol as the skin can become very sensitive.

-We understand that being late can sometimes not be helped but we cannot extend treatment time, we will do our best to still carry out the shortened treatment but if insufficient time to do the treatment then you will still be charged full price.

-We ask that you kindly cancel within 24hours of your appointment time if you are unable to attend. If you do not cancel within the timeframe then a 50% charge will apply.

If this is not paid then a deposit will be taken in order to rebook.

Payment can be made via Card, Cash or Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer is preferred.
